Mayes County HOPE was invited to join the TSET IMPACT Network based on our strong history of implementing effective health strategies, building partnerships and achieving measurable results within Mayes County.

The TSET Inspiring Meaningful Public Action for Community Transformation (IMPACT) Network is a three-year initiative that brings together community-based organizations from across Oklahoma to strengthen and expand local health efforts. The network emphasizes collaboration, flexibility and tailored support, enabling members to build on their successes and create lasting change in their communities.

Scope of Work

Physical Activity

The TSET IMPACT Network partners with communities to create healthier environments through projects such as park improvements, wayfinding signage, trails, and sidewalk enhancements. We also promote programs like Safe Routes to School and support local walking and running groups by providing resources and promotion across multiple platforms. In addition, we assist schools and communities in identifying funding opportunities, including TSET grants and other sources, to expand access to physical activity and create lasting change.
